I Don't See My Images or Graph

Some time may require to display the images or graph.

If your screen says “This Protocol doesn’t include any images. Please try the Scores or Case pages for relevant updates” or "This Protocol doesn’t include any scores. Please try the Images or Case pages for relevant updates", check up the following list to find the possible reason:

1. Make sure your internet connection is stable

Try to open a new website you have never visited before. If it uploads, everything is ok with your internet.

2. Try a different device

The issues with image display may also happen due to your device incompatibilities.

You may find it helpful to try moving to a different device to see if the problem persists.

3. The Protocol doesn’t include any images/scores

If the reasons above are excluded and you still see this message on your screen, it means either that:

  • there are no images/scores in the protocol at all OR
  • there are no images/scores for the patient to view

Some clinicians prefer not to show images/scores for their patients due to some reasons.

If you are sure that your images were uploaded to the system but you see the message “This Protocol doesn’t include any images. Please try the Scores or Case pages for relevant updates” it can be the very case when your clinician restricted the image view for you.

If you see empty album/s in your IMAGES tab, it means that there are some images for you but they are going to be uploaded in the album later.

If you have any questions left or need more details, please contact your healthcare provider.
