Physicians: Own and Monetize Your Everyday Clinical Data
Circles:
Unlocking The Value of Real-World Evidence
Your clinical hypotheses and data are part of the $60 billion healthcare data market. You are entitled to participate in it.
How It Works
Joining a Physicians-Owned Circle is a straightforward process designed for busy clinicians:
Fill Out the Quick Form
Share your practice details and primary drug, device, or indication of interest.
Our team will contact you to discuss the ideal Circle that best fits your needs.

Get Your Personalized Account
& Start Collecting Data
Share a special link (QR code) with your patients during appointments. This will allow them to access the secure app, complete surveys, and contribute valuable information for your Circle.
*Patient data is anonymized and encrypted.

Collect Your Clinical Data
Data collected within your Circle of like-minded doctors is aggregated on our platform.
More participants = faster data collection = bigger payouts!

Monetize Your Data
Once a sufficient volume of data is accumulated, we license and sell it to interested parties. Every data sale splits profits among Circle members.
And your data? It stays yours forever — even after sale.

FAQ's
Think of each POC as a virtual medical group owned by ten or so physicians wishing to collaborate in advancing a common clinical specialty. They share a commitment to providing their patients evidence-based care, motivated only by their best pofessional judgment.
The cost to each physician for joining this practice group is about $100 a month. (They can leave any time.) Each physician can earn $1,000 a month or more, and build up substantial equity in his personal share of the clinical data owned by the group.
What exactly is that clinical data? It is nothing more or less than the answers to the right medical questions: What are the key elements of my clinical/scientific hypothesis in treating this particular patient? What are that patient’s standardized long-term outcomes? What are the outcomes of similar patients, receiving similar treatments?
There is no administrative or other burden. RegenMed’s patented technical platform and supporting processes provide the turnkey infrastructure allowing each POC Member to focus on patient care.
In multiple ways:
- Sustained and meaningful collaboration with respected peers.
- Independence. Develop the evidence-based standards of care which you as the physician feel are important.
- Current Income. Long-term Equity Value. Without industry or other third-party industry influence.
- Data Ownership. The clinical and scientific case data derived from your clinical judgment should belong to you, not an EMR company or other third party.
- Professional Influence. Journal articles. Conference presentations. Consulting opportunities. Clinical study honoraria. Deeper patient engagement.
- Educate and Learn. Sustained collaboration with peers and experts keeps you at the forefront of your field. Participate in high quality and independent research, without interrupting normal clinial flow.
- Documentation supporting reimbursement and legal/regulatory compliance for advanced therapies.
Each POC typically comprises a Principal Investigator, and nine or more Investigators. Those POC Members generate proprietary and well-correlated datasets defined by a single Observational Protocol corresponding to a significant portion of their everyday clinical cases.
Each Observational Protocol is defined by a single anatomical region, pathology, treatment protocol, and standardized assessment score. This structure maximizes the clinical relevance and statistical significance – and therefore licensing value — of the resulting Circles datasets jointly owned by POC Members.
RegenMed is constantly expanding its library of Observational Protocols across medical specialties, pathologies and treatment protocols. A POC Member can use any Observatonal Protocol(s) corresponding to his practice and specific patient cohorts.
POCs are essentially self-executing, requiring no additional work from POC Members. The Circles platform provides excellent and secure user experience for patients, physicians, and office staff. RegenMed provides training, onboarding and technical support when needed.
RegenMed also provides regular reports to POC Members regarding dataset statistics and financial metrics. For active POCs, RegenMed hosts livestreamed and recorded “Circle Hours” among Members.
RegenMed acts as the technical, administrative and business partner to POC Members. RegenMed’s patented technology and processes provide the turnkey infrastructure enabling the burden-free generation of clinically relevant and monetizable datasets. RegenMed also works on behalf of POC Members to maximize the financial value of those datasets.
RegenMed also takes the lead in negotiating POC Dataset licensing agreements.
The healthcare data market value is estimated at $60 billion, with a forecast annual growth rate of over 20%. Licensors of healthcare data include product manufacturers, payers, research centers, self-insured employersThe most likely path for monetizing POC datasets is through licensing. This maintains the dataset equity value for POC Members of is isCommon monetization models include licensing, study fees, honoraria, royalties, product discounts, reimbursement, and higher fees for service. A single dataset can be monetized through multiple models over extended periods. These FAQs provide a comprehensive overview of Physicians-Owned Circles, their benefits, and how independent practitioners can leverage them to improve their practice's financial health and professional standing.
Within six months and at a low monthly cost, POC members can own a statistically and clinically significant dataset. This dataset has growing value to various healthcare constituencies, including product manufacturers, payers, and research organizations. The financial impact can be substantial, as illustrated in the pro-forma Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet provided by RegenMed.
The Principal Investigator’s main role is to assist RegenMed in the identification of suitable additional Investigators for the POC. In addition, a PI may suggest an Observational Protocol which she believes will represent clinical and financial value. Principal Investigators are also asked to co-moderate Circle Hours, which represents one to two hours per quarter.
Yes. That requires a separate one time payment of $500 for the Observational Protocol encoding, and the same $5/Case and $35/subscription month charges.
Ready to join a POC? Follow these steps:
Step 1. Select Your POC Study Protocol
Browse through our extensive library of study protocols and find a POC that matches your practice’s focus. Filter by anatomical region, pathology, treatment type, or outcomes measure.
*Most clinicians will easily find one or more Circles fitting their specific patient populations and treatment options. (If not, let us know; we’ll build one.).
Step 2. Apply to join.
Fill out a quick form. Share your practice details, and primary drug, device, or indication of interest.
*If you are interested in becoming a Principal Investigator, let us know.
Step 3. Get a free demo
Our team will contact you to discuss the details and give a short demonstration of our platform.
Step 4. Get Your Personalized Account
After all agreements have been finalized, you will receive an email invitation to join our platform. Click the link provided in the email to complete your registration and start gathering and monetizing your data with minimal burden and cost – just $5 per case and $35 per month (cancel any time).
Step 5. Start Collecting Data. No extra workload
Share a special link (QR code) with your patients during appointments. This will allow them to access the secure app, complete surveys, and contribute valuable information for your Circle.
*Patient data is anonymized and encrypted.
Step 6. Collaborate with Peers for better care and higher revenues
The data gathered within your Circle -network of like-minded physicians - is aggregated on our platform.
POC members own 75% of the value generated from Circle datasets, with opportunities for licensing, royalties, and more.
POC Principal Investigators receive additional 10% of resulting dataset license fees.
As the number of participants increases, data collection becomes quicker, leading to greater rewards for everyone involved.
Step 7. Continue Collect Data and Generate Recurring Revenue
RegenMed regularly deals with potential licensees interested in accessing high quality RWE datasets. These include product manufacturers, payers, AI healthcare learning models and researchers.
Once a sufficient volume of data is accumulated, we license and sell* it to interested parties. Profits from each data sale are distributed among Circle members.
*Your data remains under your ownership indefinitely, even following a sale.
