The Italian Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the World Health Organization, has put out a request for proposals for “telemedicine and home care apps for patients and to technologies and strategies for continuous tracking, alerting and timely control of the level of exposure to the risk of people and consequently of the evolution of the epidemic in the area”. We have recently submitted the following proposal, which is now made available to others with current or predicted issues with patient stratification, engagement and remote monitoring.
