Unlocking The Value of Real-World Evidence
What Is Validatable Real-World Evidence
It is a high-quality, longitudinal dataset which can be used to support clinical decision-making, regulatory submissions, value-based care, medical innovation, health equity, and research. Validatable real-world data is inherent in every clinical intervention and the resulting outcomes.
It need only be captured and aggregated in a manner which represents clinical and statistical significance to result in verifiable evidence for any treatment protocol and any patient cohort.
What Is A Circle
It is the coherent integration within a closed system of (i) a clinically significant diagnosis and associated treatment data, (ii) pertaining to a specific and statistically significant patient cohort, (iii) well correlated to the long-term outcomes of that cohort.
Each Circle addresses a specific anatomical region, pathology, treatment protocol, and outcomes assessment. It typically involves a Principal Investigator and at least ten collaborating Physician-Investigators.
The resulting datasets are proprietary, copyrightable, and free of error and artifacts. In Physicians-Owned Circles, 85% of all resulting license fees are returned to participating physicians.

How Circles Work

A Circle begins with a study protocol, and ends with sustained benefit. It seamlessly integrates protocol design, clinical data capture, long-term outcomes measures, investigator administration, collaboration, reports, publication and licensing support.
The Circle process is a continuous cycle of improvement, starting from the clinical hypothesis and progressing through observational protocols, collaboration among physician-investigators, generation of significant datasets, thorough analysis, and ongoing learning to improve standards of care.
Types of Circles
Physicians - Owned Circles
POCs are 85% owned by the participating physicians, who receive a corresponding percentage of license fees. A physician can participate in any number of POC’s, which are dictated by the nature of his or her practice.
Physicians - Owned Circles
PrivateCircles
Private Circles are usually sponsored by non-physicians such as product manufacturers, payers, hospitals, and research centers.
Private Circles
White LabelCircles
The patented Circles platform enables burden free, low-cost and regulatorily compliant generation and monetization of proprietary real-world evidence datasets. White label programs can be developed for hospitals, independent practice groups, health insurers, self-insured employers, product manufacturers, and other healthcare constituencies.
