Shockwave (EPAT/ESWT) and Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction (EMTT) Therapies are evidence-based technologies which address a growing number of patient pathologies and/or injuries within Foot and Ankle. These Circles are designed to help practitioners track their everyday patients’ personal outcomes, and correlate against specific devices, device settings and/or unique treatment combinations, such as physical therapy, supplements and orthobiologics. Members will be contribute to, and benefit from, a growing repository of Shockwave/EMTT specific real-world data, and will be collaborating with experts in the field to help optimize their clinical and financial outcomes.

CMS will soon penalize providers performing total knee replacements which do not collect specified outcomes data from at least 50% of qualifying patients.
Other Providers Performing TKAs
Private insurance companies and other payers within and outside the U.S. will follow the CMS lead in requiring high patient compliance in reporting long-term TKA outcomes.
